Are all products sold on Apex Nutrition 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every product on our platform is sourced directly from authorised distributors and verified manufacturers. We run multi-point authentication checks — including batch verification, hologram inspection, and direct supplier confirmation — before a product ever reaches your door. No grey-market stock, ever.
How do I verify the authenticity of my purchase?
Most brands include a QR code or scratch-off verification code on the packaging. Scan or enter it on the brand’s official website to confirm legitimacy. You can also contact our team with your order ID and we’ll provide the original purchase documentation from the distributor.
Do your products contain banned substances?
We only stock products from manufacturers that disclose full ingredient lists and use evidence-backed formulations. For competitive athletes, we always recommend checking the brand’s WADA/NADA compliance documentation. If you’re unsure about a specific product, chat with our nutrition experts before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes. All online transactions are secured via SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is shipped, standard return/refund procedures apply.
Are there any hidden charges or GST extras?
No hidden charges. All prices displayed are GST-inclusive. The final amount shown at checkout — including any applicable shipping fees — is exactly what you pay.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your promo code in the “Coupon / Discount Code” field on the cart or checkout page and click Apply. Discounts will reflect immediately on the total. Note that some codes cannot be combined with existing sale prices.
🚚Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai typically receive orders in 2–4 days. We’ll send you a tracking link via SMS/email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies and will be shown clearly at checkout.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
First, check with neighbours or your building’s reception. If still unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update with your order number. We’ll raise a courier dispute and arrange a re-delivery or refund as applicable.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, expired, or incorrectly shipped. Products must be unopened and in original packaging (except in cases of damage or quality defect). Opened products are not eligible for return unless defective.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
What if I received the wrong product?
We’re sorry about the mix-up. Email us at info@apexxnutrition.co.in with your order ID and a photo of the product received. We’ll arrange a pickup and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost, typically within 2–3 business days.

Are your supplements safe for beginners?
Most products — like whey protein, creatine, and multivitamins — are safe for healthy adults including beginners. However, we always recommend starting with the lowest effective dose and consulting a doctor if you have an underlying medical condition, allergy, or are on medication.
Can women use these supplements?
Absolutely. Most supplements are suitable for women. Protein powders, BCAAs, vitamins, and fat burners are widely used by female athletes. We stock several products specifically formulated for women. Our nutrition team can help you find the right fit for your goals.
