1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused
• The product must be in original packaging
• The seal must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Unboxing video is required in case of damaged or wrong product claims

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used supplements
• Products without original packaging
• Products with broken seal
• Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

2. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable).
In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to ship the product to our address.

3. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refund will be processed within 5 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)

5. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for:

• Damaged products
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong item delivered

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons:

• Opened supplements
• Used products
• Products without seal

are strictly non-returnable.
